We take any attempts at fraud very seriously, and if we have reason to believe that such attempts have been made, we will take all necessary steps to investigate them, turn over any relevant evidence, and notify the relevant authorities, including but not limited to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Justice (DOJ), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Social Security Administration, and Internet Crime Complaint Center. We will work with law enforcement to prosecute fraud offenders to the fullest degree possible. To validate identities and to verify other information, ScoreRocket contracts with the highest caliber third party verification firms that cross-reference all names, social security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, and other data.
By submitting an order and providing a social security card and identifying information, you as the client agree that he/she will not use, provide, or submit to ScoreRocket any alternate Social Security Number (SSN), Credit Protection Number (CPN), Employer Identification Number (EIN), Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), or other similar information that is false, fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized. ScoreRocket shall have the entire right to cancel this agreement, withdraw its services, and reverse any services previously done, not limited to removing any associated Tradelines added to the account, and other associated data.
