Refund Policy

Refunds are at the discretion of ScoreRocket, if your Tradeline doesn’t post within 30 days, it will be replaced with another Tradeline.

Proof of Non-Posting (3 Credit Bureau Report), must be provided no sooner than 1 week following the statement date. It must be submitted within 4 weeks of the expected posting date. 

Email info@scorerocket.me the following items:

  1. Subject Line: “Tradeline Replacement Request”
  2. Attach a Picture of your most recent 3 Credit Bureau Report (ex. IdentityIQ, Experian, CreditKarma, FreeCreditReport)
  3. Package Purchased
  4. Date Purchased
  5. Statement Date
  6. Anticipated Posting Date
  7. Additional information you want added
  8. Best Contact Method
 
Once all the information is received, expect a response within 1 – 3 days with details regarding your replacement.
