Refund Policy
Refunds are at the discretion of ScoreRocket, if your Tradeline doesn’t post within 30 days, it will be replaced with another Tradeline.
Proof of Non-Posting (3 Credit Bureau Report), must be provided no sooner than 1 week following the statement date. It must be submitted within 4 weeks of the expected posting date.
Email info@scorerocket.me the following items:
- Subject Line: “Tradeline Replacement Request”
- Attach a Picture of your most recent 3 Credit Bureau Report (ex. IdentityIQ, Experian, CreditKarma, FreeCreditReport)
- Package Purchased
- Date Purchased
- Statement Date
- Anticipated Posting Date
- Additional information you want added
- Best Contact Method
Once all the information is received, expect a response within 1 – 3 days with details regarding your replacement.
